Herb Sup-Rice - This is a dish of Flavored Brown/Wild rice with Herb Chicken or Herb roasted Vegetables.

Flavored Rice-
Put the rice in a pot along with water in the ratio of 1 cup rice to one and a half cups water. Add a teaspoon of butter and 2 teaspoons of a fresh chopped cilantro. Bring to a boil and then close with a lid and simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Herb Chicken-
5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons dried basil
3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken breasts on a baking dish. Combine the other ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the chicken breasts and coat well. Bake until the chicken is cooked tender (at least 30 minutes).

Herb roasted vegetables-
2 each of potatoes, carrots, zucchini and onions.
1 teaspoon each of dried oregano, basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cube the vegetables. Toss them with olive oil and place on a baking dish. Sprinkle dried oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Stir well and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until crisp.

Ritual cake - This is a delicious lemon flavored cake decorated with a star symbol.

2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the butter, sugar, eggs and grated lemon peel till the mixture is fluffy.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and slowly add to the batter, mixing it in. Combine the lemon juice and vanilla extract and add to the batter.
Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake for about an hour.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and carefully pour lemon glaze in the shape of a star.

Lemon glaze- Mix ¼ cup of lemon juice, with 1/2 cup of sugar and ¼ cup of water.
