Spicy sea-cucumber dip-
½ a cucumber peeled and diced
4 cloves of garlic, crushed or minced
1 cup sour cream or yoghurt
Fresh dill (gives it a nice green color)
A squeeze of lime

Process all the ingredients and serve chilled.
Get a bunch of round scones from a bakery. Add a dollop of clotted cream or whipped cream. Top off with a spoonful of blueberry preserve.

For a dozen scones-
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
5 teaspoons butter
1/3 cup white sugar
3/4 cup cream
Dried currants (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.  Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar in a bowl. Blend in the butter with your fingers. Add the currants. Pour in the cream with the beaten egg and stir. Roll the dough into small balls. Flatten them slightly and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
