Hawaiian Pizza - If you decide to make your own pizza crust, you'll need-

20 oz plain flour
14 oz cold water
2 oz olive oil
1 tsp instant yeast
1.5 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Knead the dough vigorously and roll out onto a flat surface dusted with flour. Make small thin circles.
Cook the crusts on a large pan for about 2 minutes on either side. Remove from heat.

To make the pizza, prepare-
10 oz ham or bacon, diced
10 oz grated mozzarella
Tomatoes slices, as needed
20 pineapple rings
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Arrange the pineapple rings, ham and tomatoes on the pizza crusts. Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper. Bake in an oven at 425 F (220 C) for 5 to 7 minutes.
(You may add onions or green peppers although it is not part of the traditional recipe.)

Hawaiian Luau Watermelon Punch - To make this delicious drink, you'll need-
½ large watermelon
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate, partially thawed
1 1/3 cups orange flavored liquor

Scoop out melon balls from the watermelon and reserve them.
Scoop any remaining pulp from the top, remove seeds, and discard.
To keep the watermelon from tipping, cut thin slices from the bottom rind to flatten it.
Scoop out the pulp from the watermelon, leaving half an inch on sides.
Cut pulp into small pieces (about 18 cups), removing seeds.
In a blender, mix lemonade concentrate and 3 cups of watermelon pulp until it reaches a uniform consistency.
Repeat with the remaining pulp pieces, leaving one cup of mixture in the blender each time for mixing ease.
Cover and separately refrigerate pulp mixture and shell.
Just before serving, stir liquor into the mixture and pour into the lemonade.
Secure melon balls in toothpicks and insert them around the edge of the shell.
Drink and enjoy!
